What is this course?
Our Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (BSB42015) provides a specific qualification designed for those working towards leadership and management roles and those who have recently moved up or were hired into this position within a company. A self-paced, e-learning based qualification, all enrolled individuals have up to 12 months from their course commencement date, to complete all 12 units.
As part of this certificate, individuals will learn a range of valuable skills and competencies required for success in the world of management and leadership. This includes a range of techniques used to enhance teamwork, communicate effectively, provide development, and implement operational plans.
Other qualities and competencies include the ability to work with and create a range of documents and policies, including the creation of complex documents, risk management plans and legislative policies, programs and procedures. Each unit has been tailored specifically to support new managers and leaders across various industries and enterprises.
